We prefer not to answer the phone when we are in clinic with a patient - to protect the confidentiality of your phone call and also the patient sat in our treatment room.
We would recommend you to leave an answer phone message, if we are not free to answer your call, and where possible, these will be returned by the end of the working day or beginning of the next working day.
